TASTE THIS!, LLC, operating as TASTE THIS!® (“Taste This!”), offers access to memberships, products, services, and websites under these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with the Terms and all applicable laws. If you cannot accept the Terms or lack authority to do so, please discontinue use immediately.
Agreement to Terms

Membership Fees & Payment
- Membership fees are paid upon purchase.
- Available through the online store or fundraisers.
- Payments are in U.S. currency via credit card only.
Digital Membership Benefits
- Discounts at participating merchants across the U.S. and Canada.
- Online retail and travel savings exclusive to members.
- Printable coupons and app-based offers (compatible with Apple® and Android® devices).
Refunds
Memberships include a 30-day trial. Cancel within this period for a full refund.
Membership Terms
- Non-Renewing Plans: Offered for 90, 180, or 365 days, expiring after the term ends.
- Auto-Renewing Plans: Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Membership Rules
- Prohibited Actions: Resale, unauthorized use, or reproduction of memberships, offers, or coupons is strictly forbidden.
- Memberships are for personal use and cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.
- Violations render offers void, and legal action may be pursued.
Taste This! is not liable for merchants refusing offers but will work to ensure compliance.
Changes to Membership
Taste This! may modify membership benefits without prior notice. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.
Termination by Taste This!
Taste This! may terminate memberships for violations, fraud, or harmful conduct, with access valid for the paid period.
Taste This!® Website and Apps
The Taste This!® Site is operated by a U.S. entity and is subject to the laws of the United States. Users accessing the Site from outside the U.S. do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
1. License & Site Access
Taste This! grants a limited license for personal use of the Site, excluding:
- Resale or commercial use of the Site or its materials.
- Modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise altering Site content.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting materials without permission.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. All disputes (“Claims”) must be resolved through binding arbitration in Columbus, Ohio, under AAA rules in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Claims must be filed within two years of occurrence. Arbitration excludes administrative claims and those governed by conflicting plan procedures.
Termination of Access
Taste This! may terminate or block Site access without notice for Terms violations. Even after termination, the Terms remain in effect.
Consent to Email Communication
By using the Site, you consent to electronic communication, including email and posted notices. Personal financial information will not be included in emails unless explicitly requested, and such communications may not be secure. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not affect communications regarding account updates, billing, or renewals.
Legal Equivalency
Electronic documents, including these Terms, are legally equivalent to written agreements. They are enforceable as original documents and admissible as evidence.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain valid.
Waivers
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that or any subsequent breach.
